Orders will usually ship within 2-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are not processed until the following business day.

We want to make your return experience with us as simple as possible. We accept returns for 30 days after your order is delivered so long as:

Your returned shoes must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, and in the original shoebox (and shipped back with a box covering the original shoebox).
