We want to make your return experience with us as simple as possible. We do not require any return authorization and we accept returns for 30 days after your order is delivered. When we receive your return we will process a refund for the cost of the items purchased. At this time, we do not offer refunds for expedited shipping costs (example: 1 Day Air, 2 Day Air, etc). We do however offer free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $50 and free 2 Day Air shipping on orders over $100.

As for Exchanges, we do not currently facilitate exchanges at this time. Due to high demand for our shoes and revolving inventory, we cannot guarantee we will have stock in the replacement item you may need.

We’re proud to be based in Delray Beach, Florida! We do not currently have any brick and mortar stores or a showroom as JMS was created to keep costs as low as possible for you, our customers! 

Our warehouse is centrally located in Tennessee to provide the fastest shipping to the majority of the Contiguous USA.

We recommend ordering your normal size. However with some dress shoes, styles are can run smaller. If you are unsure, please order ½ size larger than you normally wear. If you are between sizes, order the larger size.

All of our shoes are designed in our offices in Florida! Our shoes are handcrafted and manufactured in various locations throughout the world including Italy, Portugal, and China. 

Our shoes can sell out fast, but we regularly restock most core styles. However, we usually aren't able to provide exact re-stock dates for individual styles. The best way to keep updated on our shoes and new styles is to subscribe to our email newsletter!

1. Your returned shoes must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, and in the original shoebox.

2. Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

When we receive your return we will process a refund for the cost of the items purchased. At this time, we do not offer refunds for expedited shipping costs (example: 1 Day Air, 2 Day Air, etc). We do however offer free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $50 and free 2 Day Air shipping on orders over $100.

A restocking fee of up to 80% can be charged for damaged and/or worn shoes/original shoebox.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.

Due to high demand of our shoes and large amounts of revolving inventory, we cannot guarantee we will have stock in the replacement item you may need. With that said, we cannot currently facilitate exchange services at this time. 

If you need to exchange your shoes, simply follow our Return Policy above. Once the shoes make it back to our warehouse, you may re-order a new pair (or you can order before this time, either way you will still be refunded for your original order).
