Our shipping days are Monday - Friday. Your order will be processed and shipped out within 24 hours. We/UPS DOES NOT ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or on Federal Holidays.
Our shipping methods are as stated below:

• 2 Day: UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Business Days)*
• Next Day: UPS Next Day Air (1 Business Day) *
*Please note expedited shipping methods cannot apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or other US Territories.
- For orders over $75, you are eligible for free UPS Ground (2-7 Business Days) shipping.
We currently do not ship internationally at this time directly through our website. However, if you are interested in ordering our shoes outside of the USA, please Contact Us and we will do our best to offer an alternative purchase/shipping method if possible. Thank you for understanding.
Return & Exchange Policy:

We want to make your return experience with us as simple as possible. We accept returns for 30 days after your order is delivered so long as:
1. Your returned shoes must be unworn, undamaged, in re-sellable condition, and in the original shoebox (and shipped back with a box covering the original shoebox).
2. Your return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
3. The customer's first return/exchange shipping costs will be on us. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label. As soon as our warehouse receives the product back, we will ship out the new requested item.
When we receive your return we will process a refund for the cost of the items purchased. At this time, we do not offer refunds for expedited shipping costs (example: 1 Day Air, 2 Day Air, etc). We do however offer free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $75.
* Please note that shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer after the first order return/exchange.
A restocking fee of up to 80% can be charged for damaged and/or worn shoes/original shoebox.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions.
Items marked "All sales are final - No returns" and Mystery boxes are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please allow 2-4 business days once your return is delivered for us to process and issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to process. Refund timing is dependent on your bank/card and how long it takes for them to process refunds. If you have not received your refund after this 2 week period, please contact us.
Defective or Incorrect Products
