How long until your order ships?

All orders are shipped next business day! Orders placed before 10am EST may ship out same day.

What methods do we ship by? We ship only by UPS or USPS services.

  • Standard Shipping: UPS Surepost (2-7 Business days transit time)
Three Business Day Shipping: UPS 3 Day Select (3 Business days transit time)*
  • Two Business Day Shipping: UPS 2nd Day Air (2 Business days transit time)*
Next Day Shipping: UPS Next Day Air (1 Business day) *

We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or on Federal Holidays. 

*All non-standard shipping methods (3 Day, 2 Day, and Next Day) all ship same business day if placed before 10am EST or your order will ship the following business day.

ALASKA, HAWAII AND OTHER US TERRITORIES: We ship to Alaska, Hawaii and other US territories orders via USPS Priority Mail Service or UPS Surepost. *Please note expedited shipping methods cannot apply to Alaska, Hawaii or other US territories. APO/FPO/AE ADDRESS:

We support our military by shipping to APO/FPO/AE addressed orders. Keep in mind these addresses can incur a longer transit time. Contact us at for a special military discount promo code!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

CANADA AND INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

All international orders are shipped via UPS. Transit times on international package range from 7 to 21 business days depending on location.

Please note that shipping cost does not include local taxes or duties. The customer is responsible for all local taxes and duties.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return Policy:

We want to make your return experience with us as simple as possible! We do not require any return authorization and we accept returns for 30 days after your order is delivered.

Returned shoes must be unworn, in the original shoebox, and shipped with an outer carton to obtain a refund on the item. Try on your shoes indoors to make sure you are satisfied with the look and feel of your new shoes.

We offer two ways to return:

  1. There is a prepaid label included in your original shipment- shipping costs of $10 will be deducted from your refund. *Please note this label cannot be used for returns outside the USA
  2. If you do not wish to use the included label, you are welcome to ship your return to the below address:

Please allow 2-4 business days once your return is delivered for us to process and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Worn or used items will be not be refunded. Please do not send us worn shoes! We do not accept returns on any worn or used items, even if you wore them just once!

Exchange Policy: We apologize for the inconvenience but we cannot currently facilitate exchange services at this time. Due to high demand for our shoes and revolving inventory, we cannot guarantee we will have stock in the replacement item you may need. That is why you should immediately place a new order for the item you want and return original order with the provided pre-paid return label. Simply include your new order # with your return or e-mail us with that information and we will not deduct any label costs from your refund amount.
